Looking to get feedback from anyone that has implemented 'Application Roles' for database security in Windows Client.

I've seen Pivotal customers use it, so I know it works, but I've never implemented it myself, though that may have to change in the near future. I'll be implementing it for a P65x smart client system, however.

Basically, my understanding is that this is just taking advantage of some Microsoft SQL Server tech - there's nothing really Pivotal about it, other than you allow Pivotal through so that it can access the databases.
