Title: Pivotal 5.9 slow response after a period of inactivity

Good day,

We've upgraded from 5.1 to 5.9 in April this year.

We experience since then in either the WA client or Toolkit that the system takes quite a while to respond after you havent been using it for a while (+/-5 minutes and more).

Does anyone experience the same and/or know how we might fix this?
