Pivotal Alerts

Hi

Could you please advise, I have alerts setup, they were working but now one doesn't, i.e. I've an alert setup for when a new company is created and when a new contact is created, I received the alerts in outlook, when I open the mail for the new company, it opens, but not for the contacts, both were working.

Hi,
I think you need to check security settings for users which have been involved with processing.
Also, check Alert table, if records with contact_id is not null has been created.
Try to start Pivotal in debug mode.
