We are experiencing a problem on internal orders. Users are getting an “Apply Failed” error shown. Please attachments for the error in the Rich Client and also the error written to the Event Log.
It should also be noted that I have placed myself into the same Pivotal security group as them and I cannot mimic the same error - it works every time for me. The 2 users are based at the same site and no one else in their security group gets the error. I have got them to clear down there IE Cache. Could it be linked to a network issue or are they somehow bumping into each other.

Thanks for your assistance CarlC. I have logged it with Customer Pivotal portal and they also are looking into it. I had been thinking it could be a user record in use type error especially as it is ocurring with 2 people who work closely together?? But had then thought that wouldnt ANM notify user B that user A was in the record?
Pivotal themselves suggesed:
"Please ask the 2 users who are facing this issue to login from a different machine and see if this issue occurs. "
Awaiting user feedback on that.
